Shipping & Returns

ANV Designs offers a seven-day return policy. If any product breaks within seven days of it being delivered we will replace it for free. In exchange, we ask that you send the broken product back to us. We will provide the shipping label for you so you will pay nothing out of pocket. Once we receive the broken product back we will send out a new one to you at no cost. Same policy follows for items that come broken or damaged during the delivery process. If product breaks after the seven day period then ANV Designs will not cover the cost of the new product.
